What Stops Most People From Getting Started When Trying To Make
Making money online is not all that hard. Is it easy? No, but many people make it out to be harder than it really is. If you work hard to get a lot of content out on the internet, you are going to make sales. Problem is, a lot of people delay doing this, and months go by, and they have not made any money. And then they complain that they can’t do it, that there is some secret that the gurus are not telling them, or that you have to have a bunch of money to compete.
That is a bunch of hogwash.
So why do people keep putting things off? Well, many of them think that their web design skills are not up to par. But this is a bad excuse. First of all, if you are a beginner, you can take advantage of all of the free web publishing services out there. Stuff like Blogger, WordPress, and Squidoo will literally walk you through the process of designing content. Will this result in the prettiest sites? No, but if you have useful content that actually helps the reader, they will not care if your site is lacking all of the bells and whistles.
When I tell people that I make money online by putting together websites, many of them often ask me if I could design a real fancy site for them. But the fact of the matter is, I only know how to design very simple sites.
And I have never bothered to learn how to make real fancy sites, because I make six figures with sites that are not really all that pretty. They just have great content.
